The Holō Collective welcomes Dr. Celeste-Anne Trevino, L.Ac. for this 75-minute wellness experience combining the healing benefits of yoga and acupuncture. Enjoy 55 minutes of Gentle/Restorative/Yin Yoga led by Nancy Poole to open the body, calm the mind, and prepare the nervous system for deep relaxation.
In your extended 20 minutes of Savasana, Dr. Celeste-Anne will provide community-style acupuncture focusing on relaxation, stress relief, and energetic balance.
